  1. Orders & Acceptance
  • All orders are subject to approval.
  • Tazex may refuse any order at its discretion.
  1. Payment & Shipping
  • Full payment is required before shipment.
  • Procedure supplies are shipped the same day or within 24 hours of payment receipt.
  1. No Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn after placement.
  • All sales are final except for damaged products (see Returns Policy).
  1. Inspection & Damaged Products
  • Customer must inspect products immediately upon receipt.
  • Any damaged products must be reported immediately.
  • Claims for damages not reported immediately may not be accepted by Tazex.
  1. Returns Policy – Damaged Products Only
  • Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • No other returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed.
  1. Compliance & Liability
  • Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws regarding resale, marketing, storage, and use.
  • Tazex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
