Bookings are confirmed upon completion of our online Book Now form or direct communication. Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be provided during booking. All fees must be paid according to agreed terms before final delivery of recordings, mixes, or masters.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible. Nate Kamp Studios reserves the right to charge fees for late cancellations.

3. Intellectual Property

All original work created during your sessions—tracks, stems, mixes, and masters—remains the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nate Kamp Studios may use anonymized excerpts for portfolio or promotional purposes only, with client consent.

4. Deliverables and Revisions

Final deliverables are provided in formats agreed upon during the project (e.g., WAV, MP3, stems). Minor revisions are included to ensure satisfaction, but extensive changes may incur additional charges. Nate Kamp Studios prioritizes quality and collaboration to achieve results efficiently.

5. Studio Conduct

Artists are expected to respect the studio environment, equipment, and staff. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund. We aim to create a professional yet creative atmosphere where artists can focus and perform at their best.

While Nate Kamp Studios applies professional expertise, no guarantee can be made regarding commercial success, streaming performance, or external reception of the music. Liability is limited to the services provided and fees paid. We cannot be held responsible for technical issues outside our control.
