Where high achievement meets honest psychological work
This is not polite therapy
How The Practice Operates
My practice is intentionally selective. I work with a limited number of individuals and couples so the work can remain deep, direct, and highly personalized. This allows for a level of attention and psychological rigor that is difficult to maintain in high volume practices.
Discretion
Many of my clients live highly visible lives. Founders, executives, public figures, and individuals with significant family responsibility often need a place where they can speak freely without being managed, advised, or judged.

Psychological Depth
Private Work
This work is not surface level coaching or symptom management. We examine the psychological structures that shape your decisions, relationships, and leadership. Understanding the pattern is only the beginning. The work focuses on changing it.
Individual Psychotherapy
Work focused on emotional patterns, identity, leadership pressure, and relational dynamics that often remain hidden beneath high performance.
Couples Work
Helping couples navigate power, intimacy, conflict, and the realities of highly demanding lives.
Family Consultation
Guidance for families navigating complex dynamics, generational wealth, and high stakes relational conflict.
Advisory Work for Founders and Leaders
Psychological consultation for individuals carrying significant responsibility where personal patterns and leadership decisions intersect.
Who I Work With
Many of my clients carry extraordinary responsibility. The pressure of leadership, visibility, and expectation can create psychological conflicts that are difficult to address anywhere else.
My clients often include:
- founders and entrepreneurs
-
public figures and creatives
- executives managing significant responsibility
- individuals navigating complex family wealth
- couples under extraordinary pressure
High functioning does not mean
psychologically free.
The Work
Insight alone rarely changes a life.
Many people who come to see me already understand their patterns. They can articulate them clearly. Yet the same relational dynamics and internal conflicts continue to repeat.
Patterns are not changed through insight alone. They change through sustained psychological work within a real relationship.
We tell the truth here
Approach
Most people who come to see me are not new to therapy. They are thoughtful, successful individuals who have already spent years reflecting on themselves. Yet certain patterns in relationships, leadership, or identity continue to repeat.
Human behavior is shaped by psychological structures that develop early in life. By adulthood those patterns can feel like personality rather than learned adaptations.
Our work focuses on identifying those relational structures and gradually changing them. This often involves examining recurring relationship dynamics, reactions to authority and power, emotional avoidance, and the ways early experiences continue to shape adult decisions.
