Author’s Profile
Marie Galdi writes, narrates, and photographs from a place of deep listening. Her work is grounded in over a decade of private reflection and personal adversity, the simultaneous care and loss of both parents, and her own battle with a debilitating illness. These experiences taught her to depend deeply on the “God of my heart” and to find spiritual silver linings in the darkest seasons.
Inspired by the 19thcentury theologian Søren Kierkegaard and the “saintly ladies” of her youth, Marie believes that every person arrives with sealed orders, waiting to be revealed and fulfilled as a legacy. Through Your Soul’s Retreat, LLC, she offers private virtual sessions and intimate retreats on sacred land in Central New Jersey.
She is also the creator of Whispers from the Field: The Essence of Nature’s Living Soul, a contemplative soul card deck for daily communion with the natural world.
