Dallas White grew up across Washington and Oregon, gaining firsthand knowledge of the Pasayten Wilderness, its geography, and historical significance. His father, a forest ranger, instilled in him an understanding of environmental systems and local communities. White completed a BS in Wildlife

Biology and an MS in Environmental Science at Washington State University, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation.

Following a five-year tenure with a federal land management agency, White founded a consulting firm in

Hawaii, operating for nearly twenty years. His professional work included joint ventures with both local and international organizations. He later taught business and environmental courses at the university level, traveling to over forty-five countries, and authored academic articles and a college textbook. False Flags marks his first venture into fiction.
