Where high achievement
meets honest psychological work.
Private psychotherapy for people whose lives look successful on the outside but feel far more complicated on the inside.
I work with founders, executives, creatives, and public facing individuals whose lives
are full of responsibility, visibility, and pressure, yet who often carry a quieter sense of emptiness, disconnection, or unresolved pain beneath the surface.
Many of the people who come to my practice are thoughtful, high functioning individuals who have achieved a great deal, but are beginning to realize that achievement alone does not resolve deeper questions about identity, belonging, and emotional fulfillment.
My work is grounded in extensive experience treating trauma, helping people understand the deeper patterns that shape their relationships, and supporting meaningful identity development. I have particular experience working with individuals navigating questions around sexuality, gender identity, and the complexities that often accompany LGBTQIA life experiences.
The goal of my work together is not simply symptom relief. It is helping you understand yourself more clearly, dismantle the patterns that keep you stuck, and build a life that feels as real on the inside as it appears on the outside.
How The Practice Operates
My practice is intentionally selective. I work with a limited number of individuals and couples so the work can remain deep, direct, and highly personalized. This allows for a level of attention and psychological rigor that is difficult to maintain in high volume practices.
Discretion
Many of my clients live highly visible lives. Founders, executives, public figures, and individuals with significant family responsibility often need a place where they can speak freely without being managed, advised, or judged.
Who I Work With
Individuals in positions of responsibility or influence
Founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and public facing professionals whose decisions affect many people. These individuals often appear highly capable and composed externally while privately carrying significant pressure, loneliness, or unresolved trauma.
People whose lives look full but feel emotionally empty
High functioning individuals who have achieved many external milestones yet feel disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or a deeper sense of meaning.
Individuals experiencing acute psychological strain
Periods of anxiety, depression, burnout, identity confusion, or emotional destabilization that begin to interfere with work, relationships, or daily functioning.
People working through trauma and identity development
Individuals confronting the long term effects of trauma, as well as those exploring questions around identity, sexuality, and belonging, including members of the LGBTQIA community.
Couples in significant distress
Partners facing recurring conflict, breakdowns in trust, or a growing sense that the relationship is becoming unsustainable. Often these couples are intelligent and committed but stuck in entrenched patterns they cannot resolve on their own.
Scope of practice
This work is not surface level coaching or symptom management. I examine the psychological structures that shape your decisions, relationships, and leadership. Understanding the pattern is only the beginning. The work focuses on changing it.
Individual Psychotherapy
Work focused on emotional patterns, identity, leadership pressure, and relational dynamics that often remain hidden beneath high performance.
Couples Work
Helping couples navigate power, intimacy, conflict, and the realities of highly demanding lives.
Family Consultation
Guidance for families navigating complex dynamics, generational wealth, and high stakes relational conflict.
Advisory Work for Founders and Leaders
Psychological consultation for individuals carrying significant responsibility where personal patterns and leadership decisions intersect.
The Work
Insight alone rarely changes a life.
Many people who come to see me already understand their patterns. They can articulate them clearly. Yet the same relational dynamics and internal conflicts continue to repeat.
Patterns are not changed through insight alone. They change through sustained psychological work within a real relationship.
Throughout the site i can incorporate short lines such as:
This is not polite therapy.
I tell the truth here.
High functioning does not mean psychologically free.
Insight is the beginning. Change is the work.
